Peter Caven

With 18 years as an executive consultant under his belt, Peter is perfectly suited to help young professionals find the path to a meaningful career.  Peter’s own career began with an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BSc from Bishop’s University, which became a job as a strategy consultant, then various roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations in the retail and energy sectors. Peter then transitioned into his executive consultant role, where he completed a whopping 300 assignments across several industry sectors for clients all across North America. Peter started Launched out of a belief that everyone deserves a rewarding career - even if they don’t know what that looks like yet.
